Built for the next thirty years

Strength, mobility, and corrective training for people who plan on staying durable.

The work

Move well first.
Then get strong.

Four things get trained together, because in a real body they were never separate.

Mobility

Get the range back

Restore motion at the joints that lost it, so the work stops getting shunted somewhere it does not belong.

Corrective

Fix the pattern

Screen the movement, find the limitation, align it before adding weight to it.

Strength

Load what you use

Carry, hinge, push, pull, get off the floor. Strength that shows up outside the gym.

Longevity

Keep it for decades

Train so the hiking, the ski days, and picking up your kids all stay on the table in twenty years.

Andrew Rothner

Andrew is an ISSA certified personal trainer with credentials in corrective exercise and strength and conditioning. He spent two years coaching inside a physical therapy and fitness center and ten years coaching climbers. Most of his clients are people recovering from injury, people restarting after time away, older adults training for longevity, or athletes after more from their sport. Runners, cyclists, hikers, climbers, and anyone else willing to do the work.

He does this because training and climbing shaped his own life and he wanted to give that back. Strength and mobility do not stay in the gym. The confidence that comes with them spreads into everything else.

Training in Denver and the west metro.
